We are excited that 2012 will be a great year for Association of Commercial Real Estate Executives Inland Empire. Our goal this year is to stimulate commercial real estate opportunities for our members and attendees throughout the Inland Empire. We will work aggressively to secure the best panel members and moderators for our programs. We will also work with the Cities, Business Colleges and other commercial real estate organizations and Media to form strategic alliances to bring you excellent real estate events and networking opportunities.
Some of the themed commercial real events that we are in the planning stage at this time are as follows:
- Development of Industrial, Medical and Retail Properties In the Inland Empire.
- Development, Sales and Financing of Pharmacy Properties.
- Quick Serve Restaurants and Growth in the Inland Empire.
- Information on the Net Lease Industry.
- Permanent, Construction and Preferred Equity Financing for commercial properties and developments in the Inland Empire.
- Inland Empire Bus Tour of Developments in the Inland Empire.
We will also plan to restructure the website with video feeds of guest interviews and events. We plan to work with the various colleges to start to report various commercial real estate statistics on the website. We also plan to offer Banner Advertising on the website as well. Of course, of utmost importance is providing outstanding networking opportunities to build existing relationships and establish new ones.
ACRE/IE is a non-profit organization run by volunteers. If you would like to get involved, I encourage you to do so – it will serve you well both professionally and personally. We have committees that rely on high-energy people to accomplish the tasks at hand: Programs, Marketing/Public Relations, Membership and Finance.
